There are two types of SEIRS ID card, ie the SEIRS Card and the SEIRS-CSCS Card:
1. SEIRS ID Card
To obtain a SEIRS ID card the installer of storage equipment must successfully complete one of the seven SEIRS training courses
2. SEIRS-CSCS Card
To obtain a SEIRS-CSCS card the installer must successfully complete the following three elements:
i) the CITB Health, Safety and Environment Test (a copy of a valid Score Report is required as proof)
ii) the SEIRS Skills Course
iii) a SEIRS 'advanced' level course (can be Advanced, Shelving, Mezzanines or Supervisor)
All three of the above must be in place before a SEIRS-CSCS card can be awarded
Note: An installer who has completed a SEIRS 'advanced' course prior to 31 December 2015 will not need to complete the SEIRS Skills course
